Founded by IBM and Microsoft in 1998, AbilityNet is a global leader in digital inclusion and digital accessibility for disabled and older people.
We put the experience of disabled at older people at the heart of all that we do, and provide free and paid-for services and impartial support to create a digital world accessible to all.
Our free online resources and a network of more than 500 community-based volunteers help individuals with any disability and of any age to use all kinds of digital technology.
Our accessibility experts help organisations of all types and sizes build accessible digital products and services, including global brands, government bodies, universities, charities and many more.
We are active participants in the global disability and accessibility community.
We are founder members of the global accessibility profession, work closely with some of the biggest businesses on the planet to maintain expert knowledge and organise TechShare Pro, Europe’s largest accessibility gathering.
