This study aims to analyze the
effects of capital structure, profitability, and firm size on the Price to Book Ratio (P/B Ratio) of companies in Indonesia's cosmetics subsector. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative analysis, the study population includes 10 cosmetics companies listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) from 2021 to 2023, utilizing a saturated sample. Data were collected from each company's annual financial reports, focusing on variables such as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and total assets as indicators of capital structure, profitability, and firm size, respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the impact of these financial metrics on firm value. The findings show that capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) positively and significantly affect the P/B Ratio, while firm size has no significant impact. These results imply that cosmetics companies should focus on managing debt strategically and improving profitability to enhance market valuation, as investors prioritize financial health and adaptability over sheer size.

Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 1,731 students, with 261 responses analyzed. Descriptive statistics, gap analysis, and multiple regression were employed to analyze the data. The findings reveal that actual experiences significantly impact student satisfaction, with key gaps identified in lecturers' subject knowledge, openness to student input, and clarity in material delivery. Recommendations are made for improving pedagogical skills and aligning teaching methods with student needs.

The population in this study was 66 FEB UHAMKA teaching staff and the sample used was 66 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and a Likert scale to measure the variables involved. The collected data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of the study with a confidence level of 5% showed that there were several findings, namely partially (t test), it was found that Spiritual Leadership had a negative but not significant influence on Job Satisfaction . Meanwhile, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously (F test), Spiritual Leadership and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This means that these two variables jointly contribute to increasing the level of employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and Likert scales, as well as data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of the research show that Organizational Commitment has a significant influence in increasing Job Satisfaction, while Spiritual Leadership does not have a significant influence individually, but together with Organizational Commitment, both contribute positively to employee Job Satisfaction. BUMD is formed by the local government, has a dual role, namely to serve the community as well as make a profit. Not many BUMDs are able to develop in accordance with this assistance. Agency problems arise when the agent deviates from the interests of the principal. Local government control over BUMD is needed so that can be explained in the interests of the principal. The results of the Panel Data Regression Analysis revealed that the variables that were able to reduce agency costs at the expense ratio proxy were the number of directors, total sales, total assets. These three variables agency cost, while the variable that can increase agency costs on the proxies of asset utilization ratios and Return On Assets (ROA) is total sales. If the total sales variables is increasing, it will increase the ratio of asset initialization and ROA.
