I miss them. I've missed them.

I thoroughly enjoyed the AraFes concert DVD, probably because it's been so long since I've seen the boys shine in their natural state. Some of you might disagree, I'm sure, but I haven't seen that in their latest TV shows. Things actually feel scripted in recent episodes to me - like an episode of that Share House Arashi segment where Sho and Ohno come out of the same room, and Sho loudly laments that they're "creating a misunderstanding"; as much as I adore Yama pair, I'm not sold, Himitsu, not sold at all - so I can never hold back that rush of disappointment. I'd like to think it's not the boys, but more the fact that they're now the "nation's little brothers", they're on Golden Time, and TV stations have their own idea of how things should go.

Then I see them in AraFes, and I think, YES those are the boys I've been missing.

Happy, carefree, doing utterly stupid things to each other, with each other.

I know I sound like a cranky old biddy reminiscing about the Good Ol' Days, but hell. Arashi produces the best rainbow shit when they're just allowed to be.

And now, I'mma listen to old secret talks and bask in the happy gay.

I'm halfway through Kaibutsu-kun #4 and probably won't have time until tomorrow to finish it. So, so sorry. m(_ _)m This episode really had me bawling, though. What a fantastic drama. ;;b I also owe some folks handwritten letters! I'll try to have those done by the weekend to send out.

You know, if it weren't for some of the potential gruesome aspects, I would love to see a live action adaptation of this series.

Ohno! Ohno baby!! Angry Ohno baby!!! He responded to everything the guest did with much rage, until Ogu-san said to the guest, "Looks like you have no choice but to offer him breast milk" and Ohno was all, :O!! before the boys smacked him repeatedly on the head. XDDD

Game-wise well. For Persona 4, I'm still in the secret dungeon, 'cause I really, really want Lucifer. Except, leveling just gets slower and slower every time I move up a level. So now I'm just... I'm not bored, but I just need something else to entertain me in between leveling. My current level is 86, which means I need 7 more levels to fuse a Lucifer. Slooooooow moving. If any of you lovelies on the f-list know a much faster way to gain EXP, please give me some advice!

Other than that, I've found my PS2 version of Meine Liebe. Guess what I'm doing today~ :D

At the airport, there were large posters of Ohno hanging down, covering about half the space of the high ceilings, doing some AU global roaming advertisement. A fitting way to leave this place, I think. *___*

And also a kind of reassurance that Arashi will be okay. 'cept they might want to be careful who they hang out with, 'cause the girl who sent those photos of Ohno to the media must be a friend of his or a friend's friend for her to have been in the same drinking party thing... which is probably a lot more hurting than anything else. Selling a friend out for money? FAIL.

Arrived home @ 12:26AM.

I was singing Step & Go at the top of lungs while driving a down a very, very deserted highway (yes I was terrified ls;akf), then eventually I just kind of zoned out and started driving with my brain on autopilot. Worst part is, I got home, and everything hit me at once. Exhaustion, stickiness, hunger. I showered to deal with the first two, then snarfed down a mikan, right before passing out. XD;

OKAY. It's Friday, so it's time for a ginormous post, before I study for the rest of the weekend. Death. Randomly, I went to get Japanese curry thanks to Arashi's GRA curry episode, and lo, there were two cute Japanese guys in the restaurant. Good food, great eye candy, and my taste is so geared towards Japanese men it's not funny. I do like European features too though, yeees.

Because I'm trying to be good and study for JLPT, I tend to post and reply during my down time at work. (I, I'm sure some of you have already noticed that pattern lately.) And then, having no real time to watch stuff in the evenings anymore, I watch my crack in the mornings before work.

Thanks to that, I start off every day happy and a little more insane than usual. Today, however, was just so beautiful for me.
