While there are still some notable M4 MacBook Pro deals floating around from earlier this week, including the best price of the year on the most affordable M4 Pro model with 24GB of RAM at $220 off and an ongoing $204 price drop on the base model M4 at $1,395, a new low has emerged elsewhere. Amazon is now offering the upgraded 1TB M4 MacBook Pro starting at $1,579 shipped – that’s $220 off the going rate.
While the $1,579 low is only live on the sliver model, you will find the Space Black not far behind at $1,589 – this is matching the best we have tracked on the black and the best price to date on the silver.
For many, this configuration is bit of an odd one out – you’re looking at the base model 14-inch M4 model with the same 16GB of RAM as the now $1,395 entry-level variant, but with 1TB of storage as opposed to the stock 512GB. Most folks seem to prefer spending the extra cash on RAM upgrades over the storage these days, and understandably so (I’m one of them), but if you do value the 1TB action here, this is as good a price as we have seen.
This configuration is, after all, still $200 less than the M4 Pro model with the 24GB of RAM and the 512GB of storage, but you are indeed paying $180 to double your storage capacity over the aforementioned base model.
