Mr Patrice LEUMENI is a young professional with a background in economics specialized in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation. His cumulative professional experience of more than four (04) years has allowed me to develop my skills in various areas of Project management, implement strong Monitoring & Evaluation system, developed Performance Monitoring Plan, Operational M&E plan, Result Based Management. I have knowledge in World Bank, USAID, AusAid, World Food Programmes (WFP) Monitoring & Evaluation procedures;

From June 2012-July 2013, he was selected as Junior Associate /M&E by USAID West Africa were I support the implementation of a strong M&E system at the West and Central African Council for Research and Agricultural Development (CORAF/WECARD) to Dakar; CORAF/WECARD is a regional Organization which intervenes in 22 country of West and Central Africa.

Mr Patrice LEUMENI has an intensive experience in humanitarian area, Project Management in multicultural environment on food security/malnutrition issue in developing country. Additionaly, he has M&E Regional Consultant at CORAF/WECARD; Currently worked as West Africa Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Development Alternative Inc (DAI/ Africa Lead II Programme) and his main duties are to provide technical support on project M&E activities (data collection sheet and methodologies, PMP, analysis and reporting), Ensure that M&E plans and performance indicators are included in all AFRICA LEAD II’s West Africa regional activities, Assist in developing and writing up results and success stories for project reports, and any marketing materials for the project.
