Thank you for your strong interest in Humanoids 2025.
The registration system will reopen onsite on October 1 to allow time for preparing name badges for pre-registered participants. Only two options will remain available online: Special Ticket for October 1 and Workshops on October 2. Please refer to the instructions, here for details on how to purchase a Special Ticket and complete your registration.
We are pleased to invite you to Humanoids 2025, including the Conference, Exhibition, Robot Competition, and Workshops & Tutorials. Advance registration and payment are required to attend any of these events. Please refer to the Conference Program at a Glance for details.
The registration system will open in early August. Please read the information below carefully before registering, and note that processing any changes to payments or credit card cancellations may take considerable time. The registration system accepts only English alphabet characters for names entered in the personal profile (e.g., characters such as ß, É or ü are not supported).

Conference Registration includes: Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, Coffee Breaks, Digital Conference Proceedings, and Admission to all Conference Sessions, Exhibitions, and Competitions.
Workshop & Tutorial Registration includes: Coffee Breaks and the Farewell Party.
RAS Member with MSP (Member Support Program):
We are pleased to inform you that the IEEE RAS Member Support Program (MSP) offers the following discounts:
• USD 220 per accepted paper (one author per paper)
• USD 110 for up to two organizers per workshop or tutorial
As per MSP guidelines, these discounts cannot be combined (i.e., one cannot receive both a conference and a workshop/tutorial discount). The given discount code can only be used by the RAS members only and must be applied during online registration.
Students will be required to present a valid student ID at the registration desk.
Special Ticket

This special ticket is available at a discounted rate exclusively for CoRL 2025 registrants and official contributors to the conference. CoRL registrants must enter their CoRL order number in the online registration process. However, it is not applicable to authors with accepted papers at the Humanoids 2025. Exhibitors and robot competitors are required to enter the discount code provided by the organizers. This ticket can be purchased through the online registration system until August 31. After this date, banquet ticket is not guaranteed.

Extra Banquet Tickets are available for USD 100 each until August 31. Please note the banquet is already included in the conference regular & student registration fees, IEEE life member, and the special ticket. If an extra banquet ticket is mistakenly purchased, it will not be refunded. Onsite banquet purchase will not be guaranteed.
Robot Fashion Show Day will be held on Thursday, October 2, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at the University of Seoul. See more details.
Seoul Night Walking Tour will take place immediately after the Farewell Party. Please refer to the Seoul Night Walking Tour Details for more information and select one of the five tour options.
Bongeunsa Temple Experience

Important Notice
Registration Deadlines for Paper Authors and W/T Organizers
• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment by August 22 for the paper to be included in the Technical Program and Conference Proceedings.
• Workshop & Tutorial Organizers and Robot Competitors are also required to register by August 22 for inclusion in the Technical Program.
Membership (IEEE, RAS) Number and CoRL 2025 Registration Order Number
The membership number or the CoRL order number you provide in the registration system will be verified with the relevant organization and conference chairs. If any discrepancies are found, the discounted rate will not be applied, and you will be required to pay the standard registration fee on site.
Name Badge Policy
Access to all Humanoids 2025 activities is restricted to individuals wearing official Humanoids name badges. Please note that name badges will not be reprinted or replaced if lost. If you lose your badge, you will be required to purchase a new registration at the on-site rate. We kindly remind all participants to keep their badge with them and bring it each day.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
• No refunds will be issued unless a written cancellation request is received before August 22, 2025.
• Cancellations made before August 22 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
