Preparation for Presentation
Humanoids 2025 Conference will take place fully in person at COEX, Seoul, from September 30 to October 2, 2025. The sessions will take place in the ASEM Ballroom (Conference Room North, 2F) and the Auditorium (3F). There are two types of presentations at Humanoids 2025; (1) Oral presentations and (2) Interactive presentations. Papers presented in both sessions are of equal technical quality and will appear in IEEE Xplore. Late Breaking Results (LBR) papers will be presented during the interactive session, but will not appear on IEEE Xplore.
(1) Oral presentations will be held at the ASEM Ballroom Rooms 201, 202 and 203 (2F) on September 30 and the Auditorium on October 1. Each oral presenter will have 10 minutes, including 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for audience questions. Oral presenters must be present at latest 15 minutes before the session starts. The Halls are equipped with an LCD projector with an HDMI connector and a screen. Speakers need to bring their own laptop PC with their presentation slides ready and access the LCD projector by HDMI connection. Please note that power outlets in Korea operate at 220 volts and 60 Hertz.
(2) Interactive presentations will take place in the lobby of the ASEM Ballroom (2F) during the same dates. The Interactive Sessions will consist of poster presentatons, including the Late Breaking Results (LBR) papers. The presenters need to bring a printed poster and display it on a poster board at least one hour before the session begins. The poster must remain in place until the end of the session. Stationery (tack or double-sided tape) will be provided on-site. All materials must be cleared out after the session. Speakers are responsible for handling their posters. Any posters left after the session will be discarded.
The dimensions of the poster board are 100 cm wide X 180 cm high (refer to the picture on your right side). It is recommended that poster presenters prepare their poster materials in portrait type A0 size ( 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (length) according to their command. Poster Printing Service at COEX: For your convenience, a local printing service is available within COEX. The printing company, “Linko” is located in front of A hall (1F) of COEX, see the location, here. Please contact the company by email, print@linko.com, or phone 02-6002-6721. Printing price is KRW 48,000 per A0 size sheet. Business hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM.
