There are many hotels near COEX, and and we have selected a list of hotels within walking distance that offer discounted rates for our delegates. You can choose a hotel, download the reservation form, and complete it with your credit card details. Once filled out, send the form to the hotel to receive your reservation confirmation. Alternatively, you may use online booking platforms to reserve your room.

Hotel Reservation Cut-off Date: August 31

Please note that due to major events, including CoRL 2025, rooms may be fully booked before the booking cut-off date of August 31.
