Vasyl Martsenyuk
Vasyl Martsenyuk is currently Professor of Computer Science at the University of Bielsko-Biala. He earned his Bachelor of Cybernetics at Kiev University, Ukraine, in 1993, and his PhD in Systems Analysis and Decision Making Theory from Kiev University, Ukraine in 1996.
After completing his PhD, Vasyl accepted a position as Asociate Professor at Medical Informatics Department, Ternopil State Medical University, Ukraine, where he worked as Professor, Chief of Medical Informatics Department, Vice-rector.
He earned his Doctor of Sciences Degree in Systems Analysis and Decision Making Theory from Kiev University, Ukraine in 2005.
In 2015, Vasyl accepted an Full Professor position at the University of Bielsko-Biala, where he has been since that time. While at Bielsko-Biala, Vasyl has continued his work on systems analysis and decision making, pioneering a special emphasis on medical informatics.
Vasyl has over 50 refereed publications, 3 monographs.
